Litigation in all jurisdictions including VCAT. Probate law involving testator family maintenance and Wills and Testamentary Trusts. Relationship and stakeholder management, communication and engagement, developing creative solutions, building performance cultures and customer service solutions, human resource management, strategic planning and management.
