alfresco area looks over a beautiful in-ground pool and includes an outdoor smart
TV and a Weber BBQ.
The house is designed to accommodate 2 families comfortably,
with 2 queen sized bedrooms and a bathroom at one end of the house, and 2 queen
sized bedrooms and a bathroom at the other end of the house.
The central kitchen is well designed with stone bench tops
and high-end appliances. It is well equipped with all cooking utensils,
crockery and cutlery for feeding the family.
The house is wheelchair friendly, with ramps located at 2
entrances to the house.1bathroom is also designed to accommodate wheelchairs,
with easy access toa large shower.
The house is furnished to accommodate 8 people with an
additional roll away bed available for children
With thermostatically controlled heating and cooling
throughout the house, each bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan for additional
comfort.
There is plenty of car and boat parking on-site
Rules:
"The Orchard” is managed by Accom Yarrawonga. Staff at
Accom Yarrawonga are available throughout the duration of your stay should you
have any queries. Guests are required to pay a security bond 1 day prior to
arrival. The property is in a residential location, therefore no noise after

pets, unless there is a written consent from the owner. Charges will also apply
for excess cleaning & excess rubbish.
All linen & towels are provided, including pool towels.
Basic pantry items, and a start up kit of tea and coffee is supplied. Strict
cleaning practises are in place to ensure the property is sparkling clean for
the guests.

You can get around Yarrawonga/Mulwala by Car, bike or enjoy
our many walking tracks. There are taxis available and courtesy buses to all of
the Clubs
