Lakeside @ Witts End Cancellation Policy. Should you decide to cancel a booking the following will apply:
1.If cancelled before the accommodation balance is due (ie more than 14 day prior to the scheduled arrival date) a booking fee charge of 1 night accommodation will apply. (Alternatively other booking dates may be offered subject to availability without incurring the booking fee)
2. After the accommodation balance is due (ie less than 14 days from the booking arrival date) Generally there are no refunds on booking cancellations.
3.If a booking is cancelled during the booking period ie early departure there is no refund for the remaining days of the booking. Bond return is subject to normal departure check.
4.For “short stay” bookings of more than 1 month a minimum of 4 weeks accommodation must be paid in advance. If there is a cancellation of a booking which is more than 1 month from the date of notification a cancellation fee of the balance of the current week plus 1 week accommodation applies.
5.In the event of State or Federal Govt travel restrictions in force due to a pandemic or other declared State of Emergency a full refund of a booking during the restriction period will be offered (or the balance of a booking if it occurs during a booking)
Refunds;
Bond: The bond will be refunded following your stay subject to a satisfactory post departure check accounting for any breakage damage or extra cleaning and deduction for linen if supplied. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the booking departure date and will note any deductions on the refund return.
Cancellations 14 days prior to check in: Any cancellation refunds due will be made within 7 days of receiving a booking cancellation notification.
