I am a professional, with sound experience in the legal and not for profit sectors and I have a record of achieving business outcomes, engaging and empowering stakeholders, suppliers and employees to deliver first class service and designing and implementing innovative solutions to a range of legal issues. I was admitted to practise in 1977 and started my own business in that year working from home.

My first major clients were Melbourne major insurance companies such as CGU, RACV, AAMI and others. Of course, as a sole practitioner you become a general practitioner dealing with all classes of legal work.

I have been a board member, executive and lawyer and have provided positive solutions for individuals and businesses alike, not for profits, NGO’s, outdoor recreation organisations, sport, legal or social field. My legal knowledge and training has enabled me to contribute significantly to all these interests.

2. Litigation - All Jurisdictions in Victoria and NSW – debt recovery, breach of contract and warranty claims.

4. Probate - Wills and Probate applications, Powers of attorney, Elder abuse claims.
5. Family Law - Property settlements.
6. Not for profit - advising on constitutions and model rules, rights and duties of office bearers and members.
