River Retreat is a beautiful 4 bedroom home that can sleep up to 9 guests. The master bedroom contains a spacious king size bed and even comes fitted with a TV in the bedroom and a private ensuite.

Moving to the rest of the home, a large living space, fully equip kitchen with a few added extras such as dishwasher, sandwich press and egg poacher, main bathroom fitted with bathtub and separate shower, and a separate laundry room with washing facilities (no dryer). All bedrooms are equip with fans as well as evaporative air throughout the house and a split system in the living area. During those colder months guests will also have access to a wood fire Conara in the main living room.

Heading outside, River retreat is wrapped with a beautify scenic view veranda, including a large alfresco area out the back. Out here is where the magic is. With lounge and dining seating on the deck overlooking the spacious back yard grounds, a seating area on the grass with fire pit, an inground fenced heated private pool with nighttime lighting, BBQ and accessories as well as an outdoor fridge, large Smart TV and even a cubby house for the kids to play.

The grounds have plenty of room for outdoor parking of several cars, boats and trailers and is only a short 290m from the Murray River edge and the Yarrawonga National Park Chinaman's Track. (Parking access to shed/garage is unavailable).

Want to head into the main town but don't want to worry about driving? Don't panic, Courtesy buses from all three main clubs will come out and collect you and drop you back home safely
