Dark & Perfect: A Century of Fortified @ All Saints Estate

As part of The Dark Side of Wine Festival, a unique 10-night celebration of wine, food and after-dark experiences across the Rutherglen Wine Region each August, Dark & Perfect: A Century of Fortified offers a rare opportunity to step inside the historic underground Family Cellar at All Saints Estate.

Guided by owner and Head Winemaker Nick Brown, guests will embark on an intimate tasting journey through the evolution of Rutherglen's world-renowned Muscat and Muscadelle wines, from younger classifications through to exceptionally rare 100-year-old Museum releases. Along the way, participants will sample award-winning fortified wines, including Australia's only two perfectly scored wines and the Halliday 2026 Fortified Wine of the Year.

With only eight guests per session, this exclusive experience provides a fascinating insight into over a century of winemaking tradition and craftsmanship in the heart of Rutherglen.
