Meet Our Board Of Directors

Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourism & Business Inc is governed by a Board of Directors who collaborate closely with the CEO to guide the operations of the Information Centre, oversee Yarrawonga’s tourism initiatives, holiday accommodation and coordinate local events.

Nathan Bibby

CEO

Nathan is a people-focused professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership and management across different industries. With postgraduate qualifications and a solid background in strategy, Nathan is passionate about working with organisations that value innovation and aim to stay ahead in the market.

Known for being solutions-focused, Nathan has a knack for breaking down complex data and situations, while also being great at connecting with people and getting everyone on the same page. This mix of skills helps drive projects and programs that actually get results.

Taking a values-based approach to leadership—grounded in being accountable, respectful, and real, Nathan enjoys building strong teams, creating a shared vision, and helping others grow, both personally and professionally. With plenty of experience in people management, stakeholder engagement, and long-term planning, he is all about making things work sustainably.

At the end of the day, Nathan is all about working with people, building relationships, and finding creative ways to help organisations—and the people in them—thrive.

Michael Coldham

PRESIDENT

Michael Coldham has been working as a Barrister & Solicitor since way back in 1977, after studying at RMIT. He later added a Graduate Diploma in Sports Science from Deakin in 1994—just to mix things up and follow his interest in sport.

Over the years, he’s done a lot more than just legal work. Michael’s been actively involved in both community and sports, taking on all sorts of leadership roles. He spent time as both a member and Chairman of the Mt Buller Alpine Resort Management Board, showing he knows his way around governance and resort life.

Outside of that, he’s stayed pretty hands-on in his local community—he’s been Secretary of the Yarrawonga Fire Brigade and President of Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourism and Business (YMTB), helping to support and promote the region.

On the sports side, Michael’s had a long history of involvement. He’s a former committee member and President of the Victoria (Snow) Ski Association, and he’s also been President of Four Wheel Drive Victoria. He’s held a Director role at Lord Somers Camp & Power House, led the Power House Rowing Club as President, and even founded and coached the rowing team at St. Catherine’s School.

Michelle Cobb

VICE PRESIDENT

Michelle works at NBN Australia as the Manager of Regional Development and Stakeholder Engagement for North East Victoria. She’s also currently the Vice President of YMTB. With over 30 years of experience across local government, private business, strategic planning, and the telco world, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to the YMTB board.

Over the years, she’s been a key player on various boards and committees and has led teams through all sorts of projects—especially in economic development, tourism, community planning, and communications. Michelle’s all about making a difference in regional communities across Victoria and NSW, helping them grow and stay connected.

Mark Pharoah

TREASURER

Mark Pharoah kicked off his career back in 1981 as a trainee accountant at Glaxo Smith Kline, where he got solid experience in financial and statutory accounting, along with working on early computer-based systems. Over the years, he took on roles at Comalco, Datacraft, and KPMG, working across consulting, business services, and tax.

He later stepped into the role of Financial Director at a construction company, where he helped guide the business through privatisation. In 1993, Mark started his own venture—Commercial Accounting—an accounting consultancy focused on systems and CFO support. One of the standout moments was his time as CFO at Celmec International Pty Ltd, where he helped the company triple in size and led the charge on streamlining and automating its systems.

Mark also brought his tax know-how to the table during the GST rollout, serving as the go-to expert for Victorian and Tasmanian BAS caravan training. On top of all that, he helped merge three local community organisations into one larger employment agency in Melbourne’s east, and spent five years on its board helping shape its direction.

Colin Hough

Colin Hough brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He’s held key roles like Marketing Manager at Berger Paints and National Sales Manager at Henley Homes, helping the company grow into the biggest home builder in Australia. He’s also made solid contributions during his time with Simonds Homes, Porter Davis, and Metricon. These days, he’s the Business Development Manager at Sundancer Homes, working on growing their presence along the border.

Outside of work, Colin’s always been involved in his local community. He served two terms as a Shire Councillor for the Shire of Kilmore and has spent the last seven years on the board of the Wangaratta Turf Club. He’s played a big part in projects like the Turf Club’s grandstand, stables, and accommodation builds—combining his passion for horse racing and construction.

Colin also has a long history in footy, with 26 years of playing and coaching under his belt, including 8 years in the VFA. He’s the longest-serving playing coach at Craigieburn Football Club and led them to their first Senior premiership—something he’s pretty proud of. On top of all that, he’s a wine lover and holds the title of longest-serving wine master at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Beef Steak and Burgundy Club.

Mark Russell

Mark Russell, originally hailing from Narrandera, NSW, made Melbourne his home in 1989. He’s had a pretty varied career over the years, working across finance, real estate, and land development—bringing a solid mix of experience to everything he gets involved in.

Mark’s been married for 43 years and now lives in Yarrawonga with his wife. They’ve built a close-knit family with two kids and three grandkids who keep things lively. These days, Mark’s part of the ownership team at Glanmire Park, where he puts his finance know-how and real estate smarts to good use, helping drive the success of the project.

Dominic Audino

Dom Audino kicked off his small business journey in Sydney back in the 1980s. He started and ran a successful cleaning business on the North Shore, working with local developers and managing holiday accommodation from Manly to Narrabeen, including spots like Dee Why.

In 2001, Dom made the move into finance, starting out as a loan writer with RAMS. By 2006, he’d gone out on his own, and in 2009, he launched Committed Financial Group (CFG).

Lately, he’s been focused on building up CFG, and for the past 22 months, he’s been running things from his own office in Yarrawonga. Dom brings plenty of real-world experience in finance and business to the YMTB board—and he’s passionate about helping things grow.

Graham Wilson

Graham Wilson has been working as a Technical Officer at Thales in Mulwala since 1995. He and his wife moved to Yarrawonga back in 1989, where they’ve raised their two daughters and become part of the local community.

Graham’s always been big on giving back. He’s been part of the Yarrawonga SES for over 20 years and currently helps out as Deputy Controller and Finance Officer. He’s also been on the Yarrawonga Godfathers committee for more than 25 years, helping raise money to support junior sports and young local athletes.

For the past eight years or so, Graham’s also been involved with the Yarrawonga Holiday Park Committee of Management, playing a role in how the park runs and grows.

When he’s not working or volunteering, you’ll probably find him out kayak fishing, in the garden, or enjoying a catch-up with friends and family.

John Clarke

John is a lifelong resident of Yarrawonga and a well-respected member of the local community. Now retired, he has dedicated much of his life to community service and leadership across a range of local organisations.

He is a Life Member of the Yarrawonga Football and Netball Club, a long-standing member of the Returned Services League, and currently serves on the Board of Club Mulwala. For over 35 years, he has also held the role of Vice Chairman at the Mulwala Elderly Citizens Village, demonstrating a deep and sustained commitment to supporting the region’s senior community.

Known affectionately as a godfather figure to many in the community, he is equally proud of his family life. He is married and together with his wife, they have raised three sons and now enjoy the company of six grandchildren.

Sue Castelow

If you’ve met Sue, you’ll know she brings a warm, down-to-earth energy to everything she does. With a background that stretches across healthcare, HR, small business, and community work, Sue has built a life around connecting with people and giving back to the community.

Originally from Melbourne, Sue started out in nursing and midwifery before moving into HR, where she spent around 10 years working in recruitment, training, and team management within consultancies and small businesses. After that, she ran a successful giftware, homewares, and café business in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs for five years – a hands-on role that combined her love for people and creativity.

Community involvement has always been a big part of her life. In Melbourne, Sue was actively involved in school and sporting club committees and spent over a decade as a trainer, runner, and manager for both boys' and girls' football teams.

Since making the move to Yarrawonga, Sue has jumped right into local life. A member of the Central Murray Sunrise Rotary Club, helping out on the Library Fundraising Committee, and regularly support groups like Across the Arts, Friends in Common, Helping Hands, and other local causes through donations and fundraising.

More Recently, Sue is the owner of Yarrawonga News and Gifts, a role she has held for the past four years, a business she loves, not just for the work itself, but for the chance to stay connected with locals and continue contributing to the community.

Jen Severn

Jen Severn is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer based in Yarrawonga, Victoria, currently working with Lotus Living Yarrawonga while maintaining a strong connection to the legal industry. Jen specialises in delivering timely, practical, and commercially focused legal advice tailored to each client’s unique needs and desired outcomes.

With extensive experience across general property law, she has developed particular expertise in leasing, off-the-plan developments, and residential, commercial, and industrial sales and acquisitions. Her background also includes work on complex transactions involving commercial office buildings and primary production land.

Jen is known for her professional integrity, reliability, and self-assured approach. She prides herself on building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring outcomes that are both efficient and mutually beneficial.

Beyond property law, Jen has a strong passion for sports law. She recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Sports Law at the University of Melbourne and is actively involved in the industry as a member of the LIV Sports Law Committee, the Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association (ANZSLA), UDIA, and the Property Council of Victoria. She also participated in the Property Council’s 2020 Mentor Program, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development.

A natural leader and mentor, Jen is a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and participation within the workplace. She is particularly passionate about promoting female participation in sport at all levels, with a keen interest in grassroots cricket and AFL.

Living and working in Yarrawonga, Jen combines her professional expertise with a genuine appreciation for community, bringing both dedication and authenticity to everything she does.
