Getting amongst the locals and utilising the recreational offering of the enormous spread of water we are lucky enough to be able to use whenever and however our hearts desire is an absolute must!

Lake Mulwala and the Murray River are a cherished icon of the area and are perfect for getting some solid Waterskiing time in over the warmer months, making Yarrawonga/Mulwala one of the most popular places in VIC/NSW to bring the boat to and holiday alongside the water with friends and family!

Although waterskiing is a super fun sport that people of all ages and fitness levels can get involved in as well as being an unmissable experience when visiting the area, it can be an expensive hobby! If you're looking to give it a go but don't have the boat and equipment of your own, you still have the opportunity to kick back in a Malibu Boat and soak it all up while giving Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Kneeboarding, Sky-skiing, Barefooting or Tubing a go in a one on one lesson type of experience. The Skin Ski and Surf Pro Shop have been selling waterski equipment and teaching people of all skill levels in all areas of waterskiing for around 5 years, these guys are all very talented and experienced all rounder waterskiers and can definitely teach you a thing or two as well as give you tips and tricks to take home and practice on. Most of them have represented their Country in different types of tournament skiing!

You can expect to get quite a lot out of spending some time on the water with the instructors, they have taught me personally over the years and they're great with the kids who need a but of encouragement to give it a go too!

If you're in to trying new things, getting up high amongst the trees and aren't afraid of putting your trust in someone else, then maybe you ought to give Flyboarding a shot! This is a lot easier than it looks and is so much fun! The person powering the Jet Ski is in charge of how high you go depending on how quickly you get comfortable on the board, so if you have good balance you're laughing! if not, don't worry it's not dangerous and you won't be sent shooting off into the air uncontrollably!

This is an ideal activity to do with friends and family and a great gift idea! Unfortunately this isn't suitable for young, petite ones as the jets are quite powerful.

If the extremity of Flyboarding isn't quite your thing and you're a but more of a cruiser, you can always hire a Kayak or SUP Board and paddle around at your leisure. Heading out right on dusk or dawn makes for a nice peaceful and relaxing venture.

The Pro Shop is located to the right of the Mulwala Waterski Club Boat ramp and the Waterski hardware and retail store 'Skin Ski and Surf' is number 89 Belmore Street, Yarrawonga. You can book lessons and rides through either of these stores. Do keep in mind that the Pro Shop is only open in the Summer months.
