Bridgeview sits opposite Lake Mulwala foreshore with magnificent views of the Lake, Bridge & Sunsets.
Across the road is a sealed walking/cycling track that connects you to the main street where you will find many cafes, restaurants, retail shopping. The cycling/ walking track also guides you out to the Black Bull Golf Course and Sebel. And you will find the public swimming square, BBQ, skatepark, playgrounds & boat ramp at your front door.
Bridgeview can sleep up to 8 people. The home has four bedrooms consisting of 2 queen beds, 2 king single beds & 2 standard size single beds. The two upstairs bedrooms overlook Lake Mulwala with a shared reading nook, perfect spot to sit & unwind.
There are two bathrooms which both have a shower, vanity and quality towels. There is a small bath in the upstairs bathroom.
The kitchen shines bright in the morning & the afternoon and is well equipped with condiments & limited supplies for your first night. Comfy sofas in the open plan lounge/ living makes the perfect place to relax while taking in the magnificent lake views.
The home has a lockup garage and off-street parking for your boat & excess cars. The beautiful garden is enclosed & secure (Child lockable). Enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner in the garden overlooking the tranquillity of the lake.
We are within walking distance to most attractions, however a car is recommended to fully explore all the Murray River Region has to offer including; Golf, Fishing, Water Sports, Farm Gate Trail and Silo Art Trail.
Mulwala is just across the main bridge where you will find more attractions such as the Pioneer Museum, Tunzafun Amusement Park & Cinema. The three Clubs in Mulwala offer the service of a Courtesy Bus.

When a cancellation is made by a guest booking fees payments for hire linen and equipment are not refundable.
For bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date the deposit (1 nights tariff) is not refundable unless the property is successfully rebooked.
For bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival and for no shows – the full tariff will be incurred unless the property is successfully rebooked by the agent.
A administration fee of $150 applies to all cancellations. This will be deducted from funds held and the balance refunded if the property is rebooked.
Any refund applicable because the property has been rebooked will most likely be made after the dates of the original booked dates. If the property is rebooked for only part of the original booking dates then a pro rata refund will be made at the agent’s discretion.
YMTB does not offer refunds or reschedule bookings due to weather events traffic delays natural disasters. You are encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover such events. No refunds will be given for late arrivals early departures or unused days of your holiday rental property reservation. Pandemic cancellation fees will apply. However travel restrictions due to pandemic beyond guest owner & agent control can reschedule holiday dates.
