Murray River Regional Parks
The Murray River, with its majestic river red gums, sandy beaches and a large variety of wildlife, provides the perfect backdrop for a unique getaway.
The magnificence of the river red gums is evident where ever you go along the Murray River and the wildlife that makes it home along and around the riverbanks are some of Australia's icons.
A number of reserves along the Murray River provide opportunities for walking, camping, cycling, swimming, fishing, bird watching, canoeing, boating, scenic driving, water-skiing and other recreational pursuits.
A visit to the region is not complete without visiting at least one of the 103 wide, golden, sandy beaches between Yarrawonga and Tocumwal. Click here for more information on River Beach Access points.
